Warranty Claim Process
All Cloudtronics products come with a 1 to 1 replacement guarantee. Products with a 5-year warranty will be replaced once the Warranty Claim Form has been submitted online. Products with a 3-year warranty will be replaced once the returned goods have been received.

Please complete the following form in order to make a warranty claim. This claim will be submitted online directly to our Customer Service team for processing. Once the form has been submitted, please print a copy for the product return package label.
